You must provide accurate information when creating a form or registering as an agent. Providing false information may result in form suspension

The following are prohibited: spam, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, harassment of others, illegal activities, and any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Service

Intellectual Property

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Service's content and software belong to us or their respective rights holders

Service Changes and Suspension

We may modify or suspend the Service with prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such modifications or suspensions

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our registered address
