Learn how to create and publish pages under a form
Web pages let you publish support policies, usage instructions, and other long-form content under a form. Page content is written in Markdown and is served on either the default QAries domain or your custom domain
Web Page Creation Flow
1
Create a Web Page
Open "Web Pages" in the management screen and create a new page
- Set the page title, slug, body, and publish status
- The slug appears in the URL, so keep it short and readable
- Reserved words such as faq, inquiries, and discussions cannot be used
2
Edit the Body
Write the body in Markdown and check the preview
- You can use headings, lists, links, tables, and code blocks
- Use headings to divide long guidance into readable sections
- Add links to the inquiry form or external documents when needed
3
Publish the Page
Publish the page and check it on the public site
- On the default domain, pages appear at /{formId}/{locale}/{slug}/
- On a custom domain, pages appear at /{locale}/{slug}/
- Unpublished pages are not shown to customers
4
Manage Page Limits
Review public page limits and publish status as your content grows
- The free plan has a per-form public page limit
- Subscribe to the additional web page plan when you need more pages
- Unpublish or delete pages that are no longer needed
Before You Start
- You need permission to manage web pages
- If you exceed the free public page limit, the additional web page plan is required
- Prepare the slug and body content before creating the page
Creation Tips
- Use FAQs for short answers and web pages for longer policies or guides
- Long operational policies are easier to share as web pages
- When using a custom domain, check the page on the custom-domain URL before announcement
What to Do Next
After publishing a page, use the Public Site Check guide to confirm links from the form and FAQs
