Getting Started

Learn how to create a form and complete initial setup

QAries creates your first form during account registration. Each form is the unit for managing inquiries, FAQs, public pages, and integrations. Start by confirming the form ID, display name, language, notification settings, and public URL

Initial Setup Flow

1

Create a Form

Click "Get Started for Free" on the product page, then enter the form name, form ID, email address, and password

  • The form ID appears in the public URL, so choose a value that is safe to share with customers
  • You can change the form ID later, but it is best to decide it before publishing links
  • After registration, you can immediately open the management screen for the new form

2

Review Form Settings

Open "Settings" in the management screen and review the form name, default language, public display settings, and notifications

  • The default language is used when a visitor opens a URL without an explicit locale
  • The form name and logo can appear on the public site
  • If you use email or browser notifications, review the notification settings as well

3

Configure the Inquiry Form

Configure the inquiry form fields that customers will fill in

  • Add fields such as message details, inquiry type, order number, or attachments
  • Keep required fields limited to the information you need for the first response
  • Open the public form and check the flow from the submitter's point of view

4

Run a Test Submission

Open the public URL and send a test inquiry to confirm the full flow

  • Use an easy-to-identify subject such as "Test"
  • Check how the view URL and reply URL are shown after submission
  • Confirm that the inquiry appears in the management screen before sharing the URL

Before You Start

  • Prepare an email address that can be used as the account administrator
  • Decide the form name and form ID you want to show to customers
  • Make sure the email address for reply notifications is available

Operational Tips

  • Invite agents before publishing the form so incoming inquiries can be assigned immediately
  • If you plan to use FAQs or public pages, prepare the minimum content before launch
  • Form ID, custom domain, and external integrations affect operations after launch, so decide their direction early

What to Do Next

After the basic settings are ready, configure your inquiry fields and check how the public form looks before sharing it with customers
