Billing & Plans
Learn how to select, change, or cancel your plan
QAries lets you add the features you need, such as additional forms, additional agents, FAQs, public pages, custom domains, and GitHub integration. It is important to distinguish form-scoped add-ons from account-wide add-ons
Billing Management Flow

Review Current Plans
Open "Billing & Plans" and review the current subscription status
- The free plan has limits on forms and some features
- Additional forms and additional agents affect the whole account
- FAQ, public pages, custom domains, and GitHub integration are form-scoped add-ons

Select a Plan
Select the add-on plan for the feature you want to use
- Choose the FAQ plan to publish FAQs
- Choose the domain plan to use a custom domain
- Choose the GitHub integration plan to create GitHub issues from inquiries

Set Up Payment
Proceed to checkout and configure the payment method
- After payment succeeds, the feature becomes available in the management screen
- Subscriptions renew monthly
- If payment fails, review the payment method or the external payment service status

Confirm Feature Activation
Confirm that the feature is enabled on the target form
- Form-scoped add-ons work only on the form they are subscribed for
- If a plan expires, features such as custom domain or GitHub integration may be disabled
- If a settings section is missing, check the subscribed form and your permissions

Cancel a Plan
Cancel plans you no longer need from the management screen
- No pro-rated refunds are issued after cancellation
- Confirm operational impact before canceling a feature
- For custom domains or GitHub integration, decide an alternative workflow before cancellation
Before You Start
- You need permission to manage billing
- Confirm whether the feature you need applies to a specific form or the whole account
- Prepare PayPal or Stripe for payment
Subscription Tips
- For form-scoped add-ons, confirm which form the plan applies to
- Additional agents are billed based on quantity
- List the required plans before launch to avoid missing a feature during setup
