Audit Log
Learn how to review operation history in audit logs
Audit logs record important operations performed by agents and service administrators. They help you review inquiry actions, FAQ updates, permission changes, billing changes, and other sensitive operations
Audit Log Review Flow
1
Open Audit Logs
Open the audit log page in the management screen
- Viewing audit logs is also recorded as audit_log.view
- Agents without permission cannot view audit logs
- Form-related operations are recorded with form_id context
2
Review Operation History
Find the operation you want to review by checking time and action type
- Inquiry replies, status changes, and assignments can be reviewed
- FAQ creation, updates, deletions, categories, and tags are recorded
- Agent invitations, permission changes, and notification setting changes are also recorded
3
Check Change Details
Check metadata when before and after values are available
- Status changes and similar operations can include before and after values
- Confirm who changed what and when
- When investigating an issue, review operations around the target time as well
4
Improve Operations
Use findings to improve permissions and workflow
- Adjust agent permissions if unnecessary access is found
- Document internal procedures when setting changes are unclear
- Audit logs remain as evidence and cannot be cleaned up by deletion
Before You Start
